1. Subscription Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Refund requests must be submitted through the app
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

Annual Subscriptions

  • You may request a refund within 3 days of purchase
  • Partial refunds may be available for unused portions

2. Premium Features

Individual Purchases

  • Refunds available within 24 hours of purchase
  • Must not have been used or consumed

Gift Purchases

  • Refunds available if not delivered
