Welcome to SoulDate. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SoulDate mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and Account

  • You must be 18 years or older to create an account. We do not permit users under 18. If we determine a user is under 18, their account will be suspended or removed.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials confidential.

2. Acceptable Use

  • Respect other users. Harassment, hateful conduct, threats, sexual exploitation (including any content involving minors) and illegal activity are prohibited.
  • Do not post nudity or sexually explicit material in public profile fields or messages contrary to community guidelines.

3. Premium Features and Payments

  • Premium features and one-time purchases are billed as described at purchase time. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy and applicable local consumer protection laws.

4. Safety and Reporting

  • We provide in-app reporting tools for abusive or unsafe behaviour. Use the report function to flag users or content.
  • We will investigate reports and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant SoulDate a license to use, reproduce and display that content to operate the Service.

6. Privacy and Data

  • Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal data. You must review and accept the Privacy Policy to use certain features.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • For users located in India, these Terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts unless otherwise required by applicable law.
  • For users outside India, local laws may apply.
